We will discuss with you the options you have to repair your car, and you can choose what you would like. Some customers may opt for a cheaper repair option, if they are just wanting to sell the vehicle, and want the minimum service. The complete replacement of seat panels, for example, may be slightly more expensive than a quick mend, but will last for longer. It's your vehicle, therefore your choice.

When we have repaired your vehicle, you will not notice that there was ever a problem.

Call DCT who will be able to give you the first available time slot to suit you. This may be the next day, or up to a week in advance, but once booked, we will turn up on time and will not let you down. If there is a problem, (excess traffic etc.) we will ring you and inform you. In very rare circumstances it might be necessary to cancel, (extreme weather or illness), but you will always be kept fully informed.

Our 20 years' experience has honed our product knowledge. We import specialised brands from overseas, and are the only business (that we are aware of) to use these superior products in our work. We feel that they give better, longer lasting results, and therefore enhanced customer satisfaction.
